[EN] Athens Art Book Fair is an artist-run initiative aiming to bring together and showcase artist publications produced in Greece as well as to create a link with publishing-based artistic practices (print, online and else) internationally. It was founded in 2019 by Margarita Athanasiou and Michalis Pichler.
[GR] To Athens Art Book Fair είναι ο πρώτος θεσμός στην Ελλάδα που ασχολείται αποκλειστικά με τις καλλιτεχνικές εκδόσεις. Πρόκειται για ανεξάρτητο, artist-run εγχείρημα που στοχεύει στην προώθηση και υποστήριξη της εγχώριας παραγωγής καλλιτεχνικών εντύπων, στη δημιουργία μιας σκηνής γύρω από τις ανεξάρτητες εκδόσεις και στη δημιουργία συνδέσμων με αντίστοιχες εκδοτικές πρακτικές (αναλογικές, ψηφιακές και οτιδήποτε ενδιάμεσο) στο εξωτερικό. Ιδρύθηκε το 2019 από τη Μαργαρίτα Αθανασίου και τον Μιχάλη Pichler.
